Container
Billed only while it runs, down to the second. For bursty work, scheduled work, and anything that can sleep between requests — with scale-to-zero that has been run in production, not just written.
It sleeps when nobody is asking
Second
The smallest unit we bill. Nothing is rounded up to an hour.
Idle cost
A container asleep bills no compute at all.
Off bandwidth
Against the reference card we are priced beside.
Per team member
Unlimited seats, at any size.
Managed services
Database, cron, DNS, mail, backups, TLS, SSO, host admin.
A container that is only awake when it is needed
Container is the shape for work that arrives in bursts: an internal tool a handful of people open, a webhook receiver, a nightly import, a staging environment nobody touches at the weekend. It starts when a request arrives, serves it, and goes back to sleep — and you are billed for the seconds in between and nothing else.
- Scale to zero, measured on a live proxy rather than merely implemented.
- Billed by the second while it runs, so a workload that runs twice a day costs what twice a day costs.
- Its own disk that persists across sleeps, billed by the gigabyte-month.
- Git-push deploys, per-branch previews and instant rollback.
- Managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis on the same network.
- Scheduled jobs with their own history, so a cron that failed is a row you can read rather than a silence.

Compute stops when the container does — storage does not
While a container is running you are billed for what it reserved, second by second; the moment it sleeps, the compute meters stop. Storage keeps accruing, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight: your image and your volume are still on a disk whether anything is reading them or not. Stopping the storage meter at sleep would mean the cheapest thing you can do also quietly stopped billing you for the most durable thing you hold, which is not a rule we would want to explain later.
Serverless economics without the serverless surprises
The bill behaves like a function platform. The runtime behaves like a machine — because it is one, and you can open a shell into it.
Scale to zero
Idle containers stop and wake on the next request. Run in production, after four separate defects were found and closed doing it.
Per-second billing
The smallest unit we charge is a second. A job that runs for forty seconds is billed for forty seconds.
Scheduled jobs
Cron with a history: every run is a row with its exit status, and an unknown status is recorded as a failure rather than a success.
Persistent volumes
Disk that survives a sleep, a restart and a redeploy, backed up on the same schedule as everything else.
Audited shell access
A terminal into a running container. Who opened the session is recorded; what they typed is not.
Managed data services
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis, provisioned and backed up, one hop from your container.
From a push to a container that sleeps
The same five stages as every service here, with one extra property at the end.

Questions about Container
Including the case where one of the other three services is the better buy.
How is Container different from Compute?
Container bills only while it runs and can sleep to zero; Compute reserves a machine and bills for the reservation, so it never has to start. If your workload is bursty, Container is cheaper. If it must answer instantly at any hour, Compute is the right shape.
How long does waking from sleep take?
A container start, not a function cold start — the image is already on the machine, so nothing is fetched. If that pause matters for your workload, keep it warm on Compute instead and we will say so before you buy.
Am I billed while it is asleep?
For storage, yes; for compute, no. Your image and volume are still occupying disk, so the storage meter keeps reading. CPU and memory stop with the process.
Can I run scheduled jobs on it?
Yes, and each run is recorded with its exit status. A run whose status could not be read is recorded as failed with the reason stated, not as a success — a job that sends an invoice is exactly the wrong place to guess.
Can I use it for a front end?
You can, but Edge is the service built for that: it carries the request meter, the per-branch previews and the flat plan with unlimited team members. Container is for everything that is not a front end.
Container hosting in Bangladesh, billed by the second
The questions people search for before they move a workload, answered on the page rather than in a sales call.
What is container hosting?
Container hosting runs your application inside an isolated image that carries its own dependencies, so what you tested is what runs. S Technologies Container builds that image from your repository or your own Dockerfile, starts it on demand and bills only for the seconds it is awake, down to the second — and stops it again when nothing has asked for a while. It is the shape for bursty work: internal tools, webhook receivers, nightly imports and staging environments that nobody opens at the weekend.
Docker container hosting in Bangladesh
S Technologies Container runs your image on our own infrastructure, built from your repository or from your own Dockerfile, and bills only for the seconds it actually runs. It is the right shape for an internal tool a handful of people open, a webhook receiver, a nightly import, or a staging environment nobody touches at the weekend.
How much does container hosting cost?
There is no plan fee, no seat fee and no minimum spend — you pay for compute by the second while the container is awake, and nothing for compute while it sleeps. Rates are published at parity with the serverless container platform we mirror, with bandwidth at half. Storage keeps accruing while a container sleeps, because your image and volume are still on a disk, and the page says so rather than surprising you with it.
What is scale to zero?
When nothing has asked for your container for a while it stops, and the next request starts it again. That is a container start rather than a serverless cold start — the image is already on the machine, so nothing is downloaded first. If even that pause matters for your workload, Compute keeps it permanently warm instead, and we will tell you which one you need before you buy.
Why host with S Technologies?
S Technologies has been running servers for customers in Bangladesh since 2015, with support in Bangla and English. Scheduled jobs, managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis, end-to-end backups, DNS, mail and TLS are all included and all run by us — so a container here is a complete environment rather than a process with a port open.
