What the work consists of
Shared and reseller hosting
NVMe storage, cPanel, free SSL that renews itself, and unlimited email and databases. The plan most sites should be on until traffic says otherwise.
VPS and dedicated
Managed if you want the patching handled, unmanaged with full root if you have your own team. Both on hardware we specify and operate.
Migration
Moving an existing site off a host that is failing it, with the DNS cutover planned so the window is minutes rather than a day of half-propagated mail.
Monitoring and recovery
Backups that have actually been restored from at least once, patching on a schedule, and someone reachable who can log in and look.
